Senior Nutrition and Meals on Wheels: Nourishing Lake Havasu City's Seniors

Every day, the Lake Havasu Senior Center’s Meals on Wheels program delivers more than just food—we deliver nutrition, compassion, and connection to homebound seniors across our city.

Supporting Seniors with Essential Nutrition

in collaboration with the Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG), United Healthcare, an Arizona Long Term Care (AHCCCS) contractor, and private donations, we deliver balanced, chef-prepared meals to adults aged 60 and older who are unable to cook for themselves due to medical or physical limitations.

More Than Just a Meal

Our Meals on Wheels program is more than a meal service—it’s a lifeline for homebound seniors. Our dedicated volunteers not only deliver meals but also provide wellness checks, social interaction, and a friendly face, helping to combat isolation and ensure overall well-being.

How to Get Involved or Receive Meals

If you or a loved one needs home-delivered meals, please contact WACOG at 1-800-782-1886 for eligibility information. Community members who want to make a difference can support our mission through volunteering or donations.
