Tai Chi Qigong Classes

Experience the gentle power of movement, balance, and relaxation with weekly Tai Chi Qigong classes at the Lake Havasu Senior Center.

Tai Chi Qigong is a low-impact exercise that promotes wellness for the body, mind, and spirit. Participants can enjoy improved flexibility, better balance, reduced stress, and meaningful community connection in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Every purchase helps support a meaningful cause, with proceeds benefiting Meals on Wheels and helping provide nutritious meals and essential support to seniors throughout our community.

Bunco is a simple, social dice game that’s easy to learn and loads of fun to play. No prior experience is needed—just roll the dice, follow the rounds, and enjoy the excitement. It’s a great way to spend time with old friends and make new ones in our warm, welcoming environment.

Whether you're a seasoned Bunco pro or trying it for the first time, this is your chance to laugh, roll, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow players. Prizes, snacks, and fun are guaranteed!

Fit and flexible for life, our exercise classes offer a variety of classes that suits your needs.

Specially designed for those wanting a low impact and light intensity workout as well as those ages 50-plus, these classes offer something for every fitness level - from just starting out to a regular fitness enthusiast. Weekly classes help you increase your mobility, strength, cardio endurance, flexibility and core stability.

Billiards, Anyone?

Whether you’re a seasoned pool shark or just love a casual game, the Lake Havasu Senior Center invites you to enjoy open billiards play! Our pool tables are ready for action during operating hours, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Bring your skills, challenge a friend, or make new ones while enjoying a fun and friendly game of pool in our welcoming community space. It’s the perfect way to stay active, sharpen your aim, and enjoy a relaxing day at the Senior Center.
